
Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) has secured a long-term lease for the Amsa Vue Residential Compound in Riyadh, valued at SR1.2 billion.
Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) has entered into a significant long-term lease agreement with Amsa Hospitality for the Amsa Vue Residential Compound located in Riyadh. This deal, which is estimated to be worth approximately SR1.2 billion (around $320 million), spans a duration of 20 years, emphasizing a commitment to investment and sustained operational quality.
Situated in the Diplomatic Quarters, the residential development will encompass an area of around 40,000 square meters and will consist of 240 residential units. This includes 176 apartments and 64 villas and townhouses, all designed to cater to modern living requirements.
Acting CEO of Al Akaria, Khalid Al-Sehaibany, remarked on the project's alignment with the company's strategy of creating integrated residential communities that prioritize high-quality planning and comprehensive amenities, aiming to elevate living standards in Riyadh.
Muin Serhan, the CEO of Amsa Hospitality, highlighted that this development focuses on enhancing both personal comfort and community values. He noted that it aligns with their mission to transform hospitality services in Saudi Arabia, incorporating authentic Arabian hospitality into residential settings.
