Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, listing a property, or otherwise using Jaydad ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use Jaydad

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Listings and content

• You may only list property or services that you are legally entitled to advertise.
• All information you provide — including price, location, photos, and descriptions — must be accurate and not misleading.
• Map locations must be within Pakistan. Listings for property outside Pakistan are not permitted.
• You must not post duplicate, fraudulent, offensive, or unlawful content.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant Jaydad a licence to display and promote it on the platform.

4. Fees

Listing on Jaydad is free. Optional paid promotions (such as bumping, featuring, or spotlighting a listing) may be offered. Any fees will be shown clearly before you pay, and all prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5. Transactions between users

Jaydad is a platform that connects buyers, renters, guests, sellers, hosts, and service providers. We are not a party to any agreement, sale, tenancy, booking, or service arranged between users. You are responsible for verifying the other party, the property, and any documents before making a payment or commitment.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonating another person or business.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts.
• Scraping, spamming, or interfering with the normal operation of the service.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaches these terms, is reported for abuse, or is used for fraudulent activity.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided "as is". While we work to keep listings accurate and the service available, Jaydad does not guarantee that content is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Jaydad is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or from dealings between users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jaydad after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
