How to delete your Jaydad account and personal data.
Jaydad lets you sign in with Facebook. If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, Jaydad stores your name, email address, and a Facebook account identifier so we can recognise you. You can delete this data and your entire account at any time using the options below.
If you can't access your account, email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
You can also remove Jaydad's access to your Facebook information from Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. This stops future data sharing; to also delete the data we already hold, use Option 1 or 2 above.
Some records may be retained only where the law requires it (for example, transaction or fraud-prevention records), after which they are permanently removed.
